How to Apply — 4-Step Process
Complete each section in order and attach required documents exactly as requested by the Office of the Academic Registrar.
Applicant Bio Data
Names, nationality, date of birth, contacts, next-of-kin and address details are captured first.
Course Selection
Tick diploma/certificate options across medical and business categories and state your preferred course.
Academic Records
Provide school history, index numbers, exit years and subject-level grades for A-Level and O-Level.
Sponsor + Declaration
Add sponsor, referees, parent/guardian details and finalise your legal declaration before submission.
Eligibility & Required Documents
Applicants must hold a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent. The following documents are required:
- Current passport-size photograph
- Application fee payment receipt
- Birth certificate, National ID or Passport copy
- UCE/UACE result slips or equivalent national qualifications
- Transcripts for other prior trainings (if applicable)
Any false information may lead to cancellation of application, admission or certificate once discovered.
Application Fee & Early Intake Offer
